INTERPRETER SCHEDULER
The Interpreter/Scheduler is responsible for managing the process of scheduling interpreters, overseeing the interpreter and client schedules, and communication with interpreters. In addition, this role handles many administration responsibilities, including training interpreters, answering phones, monitoring emails and texts, and general problem solving.  This role also is responsible for building relationships with potential clients and managing relationships with current clients. Extreme attention to detail is imperative.

The right applicant will be highly responsible, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient with the ability to multi-task and handle a combination of duties. The applicant must be self-sufficient, highly responsible, detail oriented and have a strong work ethic, including self-motivation. Candidate must have strong computer skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

OFFICE AND RFP/CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

The Office and RFP/Contract Administrator is responsible for managing the RFP and Contract process as well as providing administrative support to the company owner.  The role is also responsible for completing diversity certifications/re-certifications on a regular basis, and completing supplier database registrations.  Each responsibility covers the full process from seeking new RFPs/Contracts/Vendor lists, organizing current projects, and maintaining accurate information on an ongoing basis.

The right applicant will be highly responsible, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient with the ability to multi-task and handle a combination of duties.  As this is a work at home position (plus one dedicated day per week in the Sudbury office), the applicant must be self-sufficient, highly responsible, detail oriented and have a strong work ethic, including self-motivation at an in-home setting. INTERPRETERS

Rapport International, LLC (www.rapporttranslations.com) is a growing language services agency and is looking to hire hard-working foreign language interpreters to provide in-person interpretation at client locations in Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska and Massachusetts.

These are contract positions and interpreters are contacted based on demand for interpreters in the area. Schedule is flexible based on interpreter’s availability and preferences.

We have immediate needs for interpreters in the Boston/New England area, who have interpreting experience in the following languages:
Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese, Portuguese, Arabic, Haitian/Creole, Farsi, Somali, Karen, Tashainese, Khmer and others.

Also in Omaha and Lincoln Nebraska we are in need of interpreters in the following languages: Spanish, Arabic, Vietnamese, Karen, Dinka, Sudanese, Bosnian, and others.
